Seasonal events can bring a sharp increase in network demand, making service continuity and customer experience more critical than ever. Ahead of the Eid holiday, Qast proactively identified a potential risk to network performance during a peak-demand period. Our team acted ahead of the expected increase, focusing on one priority: keeping services reliable and customers connected when demand was at its highest.

Solution

Qast analyzed network traffic patterns to identify opportunities to improve how data was distributed across the network. Based on the findings, our engineers optimized traffic routing so that LTE traffic could be handled through the nearest data center whenever possible. This reduced unnecessary traffic between data centers and enabled more efficient use of the network, helping create greater capacity and resilience ahead of the seasonal peak.

Results

The optimization was completed before peak demand, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity throughout the Eid period.
